What is the LogoTigers Reseller Program?
The LogoTigers Reseller Program allows resellers to outsource logo design
while appearing to produce the logos in-house. The program is designed
to completely cloak LogoTigers' existence while minimizing the reseller's
administrative duties.
How do I become an LogoTigers reseller?
1. Fill out the reseller application form.
2. We will contact you to discuss the reseller program and answer any
questions you may have.
3. You will receive the links to download the LogoTigers Reseller Software.
4. Once the software has been installed, you will be ready to resell
LogoTigers services.
Can I become a reseller without installing the Reseller Software?
Absolutely! Some people prefer not to use our software. In these cases,
the resellers simply take logo orders on their site and outsource LogoTigers for the work. All our resellers enjoy a 20% discount on LogoTigers'
services and are free to mark-up logo design packages as much as they
like.
Will the reseller have to purchase a certain number of logo design
packages in advance?
No. The reseller will purchase the corresponding logo package only after
one of their clients has completed a logo order.
What discount will resellers receive on logo design intended for
resale?
Is a reseller obligated to resell logos at the suggested retail
price?
No. A reseller is free to charge whatever they like for logo design.
How does the logo-ordering process work?
Logos are typically ordered through a Logo
Information Form which we provide to our resellers.
However, a logo can be ordered by any method that a
reseller normally uses to process orders. Once the client's
information, package preference, and logo specifications
are collected, this information is relayed to LogoTigers.
The reseller then provides LogoTigers with payment for
the logo, and work on the project is begun.
How does the logo-design process work? How is LogoTigers' identity
concealed?
Once an order has been placed, the LogoTigers Reseller Software allows
us to send an automated email message to the new client through the
reseller's email servers. The email provides the client with login information
to a special logo-design area of the reseller's site (provided by the
LogoTigers Reseller Software). The client will use this area to view
progress on his/her project. The client may also use this area to communicate
with our designers about his/her design and revision requests. As he/she
communicates in this logo-design area, the client will have no reason
to believe he is not communicating with members of the reseller's company.
What is included in the LogoTigers Reseller Software?
- Customizable email templates for automated emails sent from LogoTigers through the reseller's mail servers.
- Customizable website templates for a logo-design area where clients
can login to view current work on their logos.
- A message-board portal system where clients and LogoTigers designers
can discuss logo designs.
- Complete confidentiality. Each feature of the system is designed
to conceal LogoTigers' existence.
Will the system take up a lot of space and bandwidth on my server?
No. When a client logs in to their login area on your site, a connection
is established between our server and your server. All of the client's
information, messages, and logo designs are located on our server. Clients
are able to view their logo design and messages through a portal system
that does not require your server to support extensive databases or
to provide significant extra space.
I am still worried about security. What extra steps have you taken
to ensure your identity is not revealed to my client?
Our system provides two-way authorized and encrypted communication through
an advanced RAL system. We do not simply cloak our URL. (Cloaking a
URL is an easily detectable system used by some other reseller programs.)
What happens if a client wants to communicate about his or her logo
design via phone?
Most clients will communicate their wishes electronically via the messaging-portal
system provided to the reseller with theLogoTigers Reseller Software.
However, if a client wishes to communicate via phone, the reseller will
collect information from the client and relay it to LogoTigers.
How do I know my customers will be satisfied with your service?
We offer a 100% guarantee on all our work. We rework and redesign each
logo at no extra charge until each client is satisfied.
What happens if a client wants to communicate about his or her logo
design via phone?
Most clients will communicate their wishes electronically via the messaging-portal

However, if a client wishes to communicate via phone, the reseller will

What if I am unhappy with the reseller relationship?
There are no contracts or cancellation fees. So, you are free to terminate
our relationship at any time.
Are there any set-up fees or additional charges in the reseller
program?
There are no set-up fees to become a reseller. You don't ever pay for
a logo package until one has been ordered. So, there are never any extra
charges.
How customizable is your system?
Very. Our email and website templates can be used as-is or can be modified
to flow seamlessly with the reseller's website design and marketing
themes.
What requirements must my server meet in order for me to run the
reseller software?
As long as you have FTP access to your server and are allowed to run
basic scripts by your host, you should have no problem installing the
required software.
Is the LogoTigers Reseller Software difficult to install?
The LogoTigers Reseller Software is not difficult to install, but we
are readily available for technical support if you have any problems.
